Are Terrain Spikes Back

Featured Replies

I haven't seen any in a long time.  But the other day, I was flying northbound towards Hilo (PHTO) and could see a couple of spikes in the distance.  Of course they resolved themselves before I got close.

Always something strange going on with Hawaii, this is with default scenery/photogrammetry.

It goes away as you get closer to PHNL. So NO I wouldn't be surprised if spikes are lurking around there as well.
