November 9, 20232 yr Good morning all, I messed up a small bit in upgrading from 16GB to 32GB RAM. Instead of purchasing 2x16 I purchased 1x32 for my Asus Z370 Pro MOBO. Before I go total overkill and purchase another single 32GB Stick, how do you think I would get on if I just used a single 32GB Stick of RAM on my system which is dedicated to MSFS only? Would it work or not. Thank you for any advice you may have. Martin
November 9, 20232 yr It will function, but you'll have half the memory bandwidth. You really want paired DIMMs on a dual-channel motherboard.
