wondering if anybody else is having the same Caravan problems I am facing. Basically I love landing challenges - as a good landing is the mark of a good pilot - now what I am finding is all the Caravan landing challenges have become problematic in that as soon as the challenge loads the power winds back to zero & I have essentially got a forced landing on my hands - can get it onto the strip in Serena station (even got a B once) - managed to land it on a road into Bakersfield - but I just give up on Lukla!!

The Caravan in the game flys & operates normally -  so I really have no idea as to what is wrong or what I am doing that is stupid or there is a binding somewhere on my stick or throttle 

Any help greatly appreciated - BTW all the other aircraft operate normally

It does sound like a rogue axis that's been assigned to mixture or similar, where, as soon as the challenge loads, it's activating and cutting the Caravan's engine.

As a starting point, I'd go through the controls setting page for all hardware you use.   Look for anything that's assigned to the mixture or fuel cuts offs.   I really can't think of anything else that would be cutting your engines.

Did you try to restart the Caravan's engine, after it cuts?

nope - haven't tried restarting - it's just me sitting there like a stunned mullet pulling every control I can find - I'll try that tonight
