Good Day,

I am having a problem with the EFB on fsreborn 500. Mouse clicks do not work on any of the icons  which prevents me from opening any services required to fly the plane. I have been in touch with fsreborn but to no avail. I really would love to fly this plane.

Any help would be greatly appreciatted.

Hi George,

   Just a suggestion, but I picked up the FSReborn 500 yesterday. While just fiddling around, getting to know the product I clicked on one of the chart options, perhaps the arrival charts? Anyways I had not entered any designation for an arrival airport, and it just stubbornly refused to accept any thing else until I had entered a selection so it could provide the "requested" charts. Perhaps this could be the issue for you as well? If so, just enter any location, it doesn't matter what location, just any place. It just really really wanted to give me something to look at.

Pretty sure I have answered any emails or support requests in my discord, anyway this issue can happen due to 3rd party mods that break the coherent core system. The most common cause is the 787HX mod, which overrides wrongly base system files. If you have this mod, just remove it, is not even supported anymore, they stopped supporting it with SU9.

If not then try clearing your community folder and test again.
