I have seen the "You must view a short advertisement..." message before there. What is worse is that if you actually click on the ad it tries to force you to allow it to install an addon that modifies your browser settings and installs additional software. For me that is a BIG no no.

Thank you everyone. I don't know why the obvious didn't occur to me. They were looking for an update to begin with because they were not streaming. I honestly have no idea how so many (there were alot of them) products became "Installed" instead of streaming, but for each that I have uninstalled and returned to streaming, I am getting the most current versions. I still do not understand why they would not update, after the Update option was selected, but it really does not matter at this point. Once again, thank you for all that offered solutions :0)

I have a lot of Market place content in MSFS 2024 that indicates that there is an "Update Available". I have attempted to update a number of these items but Marketplace refuses to download the updates. With each item, I click the yellow "Update Available" label, the "Update" button appears at the bottom of the screen, I click the Update button, and the yellow "Update Available is replaced with the download feedback, showing 0%, the progress bar, and the data transfer,such as 0B/6.33 GB. It then sits there at 0% and refuses to progress any further. I have attempted to update multiple elements and all are doing the same. A few days ago I actually just allowed the computer to sit there, thinking perhaps I was just in a long que with a lot of other users, but it sat here, at 0% for over 24 hours. Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you find a fix? I am on a High Speed Fiber Optic constant internet connection (AT&T) and have no problem downloading content from any other site or application that I have tried. I have approximately 660 GB of free space of the primary drive that MSFS 2024 is installed on.

If I remember right, at least the early versions of Orcas Island (Orbx) had some people taking pictures on short final that you could see if you paid enough attention.

Interesting little bit of information... the buildings used by Grumman to build the Tiger, Cheetah, and Cougar in Savannah GA are still in use today by Gulfstream for building G500,G600,G700, G800 components (among other things), and if you walk the main production campus you will still encounter places like "Tiger St", Cougar Ave", etc.

Look at the pilots lower panel where the electrical switches are located. Top row, center switch is labeled "Electrical Interior". Select that switch to on.

Perhaps I missed setting something up, but does any one else have any of the airport procedures loaded into the avionics? All I see are visual approaches.

There is something not right there Jack. In addition to the glideslope issue you are clearly left of centerline, yet the localizer is showing that you are right of centerline.

Not just you. On my one and only flight I found it to be very squirrely on both the takeoff and the landing rollout. It reminded me of the early versions of the SWS PC-12 the way it wanted to waddle down the runway. I'm sure it will be addressed by the developer if we give him time because he has obviously put a lot of hard work into this.

In case anyone else has the same issues that I had, I was finally able to get the engines running. I went into the Library and did a full download of the plane, so that it was not streaming. I also disabled the few third party liveries that I had installed. After this I was able to get the engines to start. I do not know yet if it was the streamed version of the file, or one of the liveries that was causing the problem, but if you are experiencing the same issue with engines that will not even crank, you may want to try the same actions.

Thank you for the reply, but I have followed the instructions in the manual, the batteries are on, I have selected the engines, one at a time to start. They don't even try to start. Don't even crank. No response at all from either engine.

Thank you. I have tried with fuel pumps on and off, ignitors on, and auto,I even disabled all failures. Still no luck... Still trying...

I am really happy that you all are enjoying it. It has been pure 100% frustration for me. How are you guys even getting this sting started? I have been fighting this dang thing for over three hours and I can not even get the engines started. I even scrapped the dirt with CTL+E. Nothing I do will get the engines running.

I second this. The LOUD videos that can not be stopped are very, very, very annoying. Thank you.

Yes, and they are awful. LOUD volume and often I can not get them to stop playing, so my only choice is to leave the site altogether. Has happened a number of times over the past few days
