Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo, Thrustmaster TFRP. It's an older machine but gets the job done quite nicely - smooth with no stutters!

And it looked like the option of Lighting | Dynamic Lighting might be unchecked. Also P3D has it's own screen grab config using the "V" key, or a universal screen grabber like GreenShot could be used, rather than fairly poor quality phone photos of the screen.
