I have come across this problem a few times now and wondered if anyone else has experienced it:I wonder if this is caused by the FEX water textures, an Acceleration issue of the Nvidia graphics drivers. It is only visible as the sun is getting low in the sky but I suspect it is there all the time.I am running FSX with Acceleration and FEX installed on a Q6600 and 8800GT.TIA

I had this issue as well with FEX and I set all my water textures to 1024 32bit in FEX and haven't noticed anything since.Additional you may want to read or reply ro this FEX support thread:http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=22662
