November 26, 20232 yr Commercial Member Hello @ll, I made a freeware plugin for AAO that can read and write data from/to DCS world. This makes it possible to use all features that AAO offers in DCS (MIDI devices, StreamDeck, Gauges, web pages etc.) with the exception of the flight control axis. If you want to configure DCS axis in AAO you would have to use vJoy or ViGEm. - It uses the latest version of the DCS-BIOS fork from GitHub, Their latest build is part of the plugin ZIP - You can read all variables defined for the supported aircraft in DCS-BIOS. They appear as LVars in AAO - You can send all supported commands to DCS-BOIS using the BVar syntax in AAO. I am now looking for testers, so if you want to try it, please send an email with your proof of purchase to the support address (last page of the AAO manual). This will also include AAO version 4 (with the JScript/VBScript expansion). So when you are using AAO with MSFS, this will only work when you have the MSFS beta! (But even if you are not, you can install one of the other AAO simulator variants in parallel. It is just more work to do). Edited November 26, 20232 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
December 6, 20232 yr This is awesome. I'm wrapping up some MSFS stuff but DCS was up next on my roadmap so I'll likely take you up on the beta offer via email in a few days. You mentioned the jscript/vbscript addition only working with MSFS beta but does that still apply now that SU14 is released?
December 7, 20232 yr Author Commercial Member Version 4 of AAO is planned to be released tomorrow. The JScript/VBScript/etc. expansion works for all sims, it was just the MSFS SimConnect version that was tied to the SU14 (=Beta). LORBY-SI

AAO version 4.0 has been uploaded to the shops, official release note will follow tomorrow. The DCS Bridge prototype is available for download on the axisandohs.com website. LORBY-SI
