November 7, 200718 yr Will the g1000 auto tune frequencies into the radios? With the g500 I could select any of the airport frequencies and it would would auto tune radios to that frequency but it doesn't seem to work the same with the g1000. Am I missing something?
November 7, 200718 yr Moderator The sim version of the manual is here:../FSWeb/LearningCenter/Navigation/UsingTheG1000.htmIIRC, you would first go to one of the pages that shows the frequency you want (such as a Nearest APT, VOR, etc., then press the center knob to enable the cursor.Use the large knob to highlight the frequency then press the Enter button. November 7, 200718 yr Yeah that's how I do it with the g500 and it works fine, but when I do the same with the g1000 is doesn't work. Does that work on your g1000, if so I must have corrupted my g1000 somehow.
