I need help with those two knobs on EFIS panel : MODE and RANGE.

How to program them to change with a X-touch knob roll?

PS: variables are #69991 EXT_EFIS_CPT_MODE

and #69993 EVT_EFIS_CPT_RANGE

Thera are 8 positions for range knob, but I can only set 2 with AAO...

Please check the AAO manual, there is a chapter about PMDG aircraft. TMBK the custom events have to be operated with the PMDG mouse codes.

When you are using MSFS there is another method using ROTOR_BRAKE codes

I'd suggest that you look for a PMDG StreamDeck profile on flightsim.to, for example from @guenseli

With these profiles you usually get a script file that you can import into AAO. Those will have all the scripts you need, easy to read and to apply.
