Frequently having sim not fully loading

Featured Replies

Been having this issue randomly and can't figure it out.  Basically when game is loading (Steam version)  the blue progress bar gets to 85% and just hangs. Causing me to shut down msfs and try again.  It then asks me if I want to load in safe mode or normal.  I then click normal and most times it loads correctly.  Has anyone had this issue and if so, is there a solution?  I'm using the addon linker program if that helps.

Thanks
Bill

I've had this happen a few times. Each time it has been an addon in my community folder that was causing the hang. I do not use the addon linker but for me it was just trial and error. First try starting the sim with an empty community folder and see if you get a successful startup. Then you can start adding in batches of addons to your community folder until you find the one that is causing the problem.

I'm not saying this is definitively your problem, but it is obviously one that can happen from time to time.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
