January 2, 20242 yr I'm thinking about picking up a few more airports in Europe. Specifically Aerosoft's Brussels, is this well optimized? It seems like it has a ton going on and I don't want to turn my sim into a slide show so I try to focus on great quality airports that are well optimize. Also looking at flytampa's Amsterdam and Corfu. I have same questions about these. I fly mainly airliners. Lot of flying with Fenix a320 and I just picked up the pmdg 737-800 so I will be doing some flights with that. In Europe I currently have Belfast and Athens so I am just looking to fill in some flight routes since Belfast to Athens is a bit of a hike.Â
January 2, 20242 yr I own all those you mention and they behave nicely on my modest system, definitely much nicer than those inibuild EGLL and KJFK… EDIT forgot the usual disclaimer that YMMV but I am NOT hunting fps with my rig, happily set fps to just 30 and all smooth, though even better now with FG MOD and the dynamic LOD tool. And yes, I am still not hunting fps, am I? And yes, I am still not hunting fps, am I? Thanks. Yea I don't count frame rates so as long as it is smooth I am fine. I am disappointed that there is not a more optimized EGLL or KJFK. I'll just stick with the default hand crafted ones, which aren't that bad in the grand scheme of things.Â
