What are the most important graphs to monitor in msfs? Using I9-12900, EVGA 3080 Ti, 32mb memory. I watch videos on how to set up.

I don't want a load of stuff on top of the sim so I go with the basics:

GPU Temp, GPU Usage, GPU Memory

CPU Temp, CPU Usage

I run an EVGA 3080ti Hybrid at 1850 MHz / 0.850 Volt. Gives me the perfect balance between temps / power consumption / performance. 
VRAM +1000.

How did you do this? My 3080ti is around 100% with Frame Generation and DynamicLod.
