Well RNP is possible allready as PMDG includes ANP. You can fly an LNAV/VNAV or just an LNAV if you want to. RNP AR is not simulated as i recall and DME Arcs.

Try the LOWS RNP X 15 which has LNAV DA/MDA

PMDG's navdata format doesn't support GP angle, so technically you can't fly RNP APCH with LNAV/VNAV minimal, however on LEGS page it did "simulate" a GPx.xx angle reading based on altitude restriction, due to the inherited inaccuracy, you often see it reads 2.98 or 3.01 for a public 3.00GP, so according to realworld procedure you still can't do LNAV/VNAV if the number between the FMC and the chart didn't match. But in the sim world, it's close enough...

Based on SOP for some early 757/767, you can still fly LNAV minimal with VNAV "assistance" in such condition.

As for IAN, it only simulates approach without angle, so for example RNP Z 30 for RJCH could be flown with LNAV (+V if you want, but no LNAV/VNAV standard) but not with IAN on PMDG aircraft.
