Did you set up your firewall and the port is allowed through both ways?

And - is this an older iPad? Those can't handle HTML5 and probably won't be able to display the FMC.

Hi Lorby thanks for the quick reply yes is ipad gen 9 so it can handle it.

How to set up the fire wall and make sure that the porst is allowed bothways?

I have opened the 43380 port on the tcp port for the firewall

Sorry, I am not a network specialist and I haven't got an iPad either. And I have no idea if your router/Wifi would require extra steps.

All I can tell you is that you may have to allow the port through your firewall in both directions (incoming and outgoing). Make sure that the port number is correct.

Sorry, I have no idea. I'm not an Apple person. In general it should work, as these are all standartized mechanisms, that you are using a thousand times a day when accessing the Internet. Nothing fancy really, except maybe for the FMC itself, being streamed out of the sim. Come to think of it, especially the one from the 787 is actually quite fancy HTML wise. Is the screen really totally dark? Not even the button panel is visible?

Can you try accessing anything else, another FMC or a WebFIP (those have a different port though!) Or you could try accessing the screen and the buttons separately, using /screen.html or /keypad.html instead of index.html

Ive used Fenix A320 Remote MCDU, avia server (fr PMDF 737NG,  and CRJ4), Headwind A339 MCDU, FBW A20N MCDU, and even the LVFR A318,A319,A320,A21N with Horizon Simulation's FBW MOD Addon, all can generate the REMOTE MCDU on my ipad browserjust fine just fine.

This is really confusing why the IPAD browser wont work on the AAO 787cdu . Currently it just does not  work on any of the ipad browser (Chrome, Safari, OperaGX). Its not that the screen is dark .. its like its not connected at all. And I made sure the ipad is connected to the same network like my surface pro and my pc. You can see it in the imgur below

The reason why I want it on my Ipad is because  on my surface pro i cant make it vertical due to my laptop stand. Whereas my Ipad stand can be configurable. Again on my surface pro i am able call the instrument but the position is weird and is not comfortable you can see it in my imgur

Looks like a security issue on the iPad? Yes, it can't establish a secure connection - because the connection to the AAO FMC is not a secure connection. Double check the URL - must be "http:" , not "https:"

And again - I am not an Apple person. I have no idea what this devices requires or why it won't work. I'm really sorry, but that't that.

This is not "the AAO 787 CDU". You are looking at the actual Asobo/Microsoft/3rd party made HTML code, being streamed to your browser from the instrument in the sim. If it doesn't want to display it, there is nothing I can do.
