World update Caribbean not showing up in content manager

I have MSFS version 1.36.2.0 installed. I go into my content manager then click on not installed, installed, updates and I don't have World update Caribbean anyware.

You have to get it from the Marketplace. You “buy” it there, but there is no cost.
