Waiting for Real Traffic to connect to PSXT Traffic

Just installed this to run but cannot get it to connect to Real Traffic, When I open real traffic it starts to load then just closes and PSXTTraffic just shows red .

I have followed that and still not connecting stating traffic curl_easy_error:timed was reached

Please be more precise. What program are you trying to start? PSXT or PSXTraffic?

PSXTraffic does not work with the curl error messages you are showing.... That is PSXT.

Judging by your first post (and other threads you created) it look like you're starting both PSXT and RealTraffic - that's wrong.

Just start PSXT only, it will connect to the RealTraffic servers directly - provided that you have entered your license details correctly. Looks like you have "Your RealTraffic license was read from C:\Users\graem\AppData\Roaming\InsideSystems\RealTraffic.lic"
DO NOT run the RealTraffic program concurrently with PSXT.

It looks like an authentication problem. You've got a timeout when it was trying to authenticate. Are you sure your RealTraffic.lic file is okay?

It should look like this:

{"License":"your license here","Name":"does not matter"}

If you have the RealTraffic app you can find it here C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\InsideSystems\RealTraffic.lic,

otherwise it should be in your PSXT installation folder.

If that does not help, you could see if there is a firewall causing problems or maybe you are using a VPN (should not be a problem, but you never know).
