Oh No! Another Reinstall! Question For the Techies?

I've had a lot of installation problems with Vista, FS9 & FSX, and some hardware failures too. So yet again, I'm just about to start reinstalling all my addons, and there are shed loads:-eek The question.....? Are there any pro's & con's as to which versions of addon should go first - FS9 or FSX?Thanks

Probably FSX then FS9. FSX has been known to adjust the FS9 registry.

Thanks Howard. The sims i'd already installed as you suggested. It was more about addons that are for FS9 & FSX, My best guess would the opposite - FS9 then FSX?

Sorry. Misread the question. I would think FS9 first because one or two add ons may need FS9 to do an update to FSX.
