Closing MSFS opens Microsoft Edge

Featured Replies

Upon my return to FS I acquired a new computer and just recently installed MSFS 2020. After several uses, I noticed that upon closing the sim Microsoft Edge opens (along with the “personal” file folder). I have searched for a cause but have come up empty. The closest I could find was similar behavior upon starting the sim not closing it.

I’m a bit overwhelmed coming from FS9 and learning this new FS world and I could really do without this kind of annoyance.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Is edge in your startup menu by any chance, if so, disable it.
