I have been using FS since it first came outand have just migrated to FSX with SP1 but I cannot determine how to set up panning with thejoystick HAT. Everything worked fine in FS9 butI have tried just about everything I can think ofso far. Does anyone have this info? Also I cannotturn off the info line at top which is selected withthe Alt key. How is this done. TIA

Hold down the ALT key for a couple of seconds and the top bar will disappear.Regarding Control Assignments, Try Options Settings Controls and assign the hat to the Panning function.
