Problems Updating

Hi Nico

Trying to update from 6.1.4 to 6.2 following the instructions at the bottom of the GUI but installation keeps hanging at C:\PSXT\docs\EULA.pdf. Tried re-installing but same result.

Hi,

Did you exit PSXT and run C:\PSXT\install_new_version.exe as Administrator?

What do you mean with keeps hanging, is it while deleting the old version or when installing the new one?

Btw:

You could also download 6.2.0 from my web site, and run that one.

Hi Nico

Yes exited PSXT and ran the C:\PSXT\instal_new_version as Administrator as outlined in red on the GUI.

It looks like the the old version is deleted as the shortcut disappears from my desktop, so I'm assuming it is during the installation of the new version. Every time I've updqted in the past ih has been completely seamlees and no problem. I can't download the new version from your website-it keeps downloading 6.1.4-tried a couple of minutes ago with same result.

Sorted problem out but not sure why it has happened. Related to my av/firewall blocking the program. Never happened before in all the time I've used your program

You should delete your browser cache in such situations. 6.2.0 is really available at my site.
