NIce touch screen. $160

This Asus 15.6" touch screen is good quality. Some of the cheap China displays cause issues according to several messages I see on the forums. But name brands work fine (ASUS, Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc.).

This one has a sturdy base that holds the screen when you touch it. Some other models have folding bases and are for laptops. They can slide around when you touch them.

Anyway this one has HDMI video out (not USB C video out), and is powered by a mains wall 120 volts. Which I wanted to save using up 50-100 watts of computer power. The touch out is normal USB, not USB C. So, 3 cords: mains power in, HDMI out, and USB B to USB A touch function out).

Its 1366 x 768 display resolution (720p). Which is still a lot of pixels per inch on such a small screen. Sharper image than my 32" 1440p main screen.

I really like mine. Two  reviews on Amazon said it works very well with flight simulators. So I bought it and I agree, it does work very well with anything, including MSFS.
