April 6, 20242 yr I have been having this strange issue for about 2 months now. Anytime I am on the sim flying and I walk away or just not touch anything for about 10 minutes, as soon as I move my mouse the sim pauses for about 5-10 seconds. If I am flying the PMDG or Ini A300, once the sim "wakes back up" the landing gear extends. In the Fenix, I hear the throttle move in and out of the detents. I do have a Honeycomb TQ but cannot figure out what would cause this or if it has anything do do with it. Has anyone else seen this behavior or know what might cause it? I am on SU15 beta but it was happening on SU14 also. Thanks! Eric i9-12900k, RTX 5070ti OC, 32GB ddr5 5600 RAM, 2TB 980 Pro SSD, Titan 240RX AIO, Samsung CRG90 49", Win 11
April 7, 20242 yr It could be your mouse, keyboard or control hardware going to sleep. When they regain a connection, it's common for landing gear and/or flaps to extend (not just with those aircraft). Check for all USB devices in the Device manager -> uncheck the option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Thanks...I checked all of my USB connections in Device Manager and unchecked that option. Will see if it helps on the next flight!
