Many of the old ways to bypass using a MS account and use a local account instead have been blocked by Microsoft in the new 24H2, and updates to 23H2 versions of Win 11. The above video claims there is a way to still set Windows up locally.

This will only work with Windows 11 Pro. There is no domain join on Windows 11 Home.

Would it also prompt to login if update from old version with local account only?

While I don't even plan to update anyway....just one more reason to seat here....
