P3dv5 never shows when starting...

Featured Replies

Reinstalled p3dv5 to have a clean install with just fslabs Airbuses and orbx global, vector and Europe LC, but when I installed the simconnect fsx acceleration for sode 1.8.0, when I start p3d the window never appears.

Have uninstalled sode and fsx acc simconnect, but I always have to force the window to appear through the task manager 🥴

@jcomm,

SODE v1.8 won’t work with v5. Get v1.71 here.

Rename Prepar3D.cfg and start it again.

Have you installed all three SimConnect msi versions?

Thought about doung that Ray but was so confused that first I installed SODE and the FSX ACCL then installed and reinstalled the FSLabs Airbus fleet and when I restarted p3d all was ok... Then installed SODE again, the Acceleration simconnect and cadabum!... back to no p3d screen but APP running... Only going to task manager and forcing process display to come to foreground works.

I'm in Austria till monday, but will try again with your CFG delete suggestions. Thx!
