P2A creates an ATIS broadcast out of AWOS.  AWOS doesn't have anything like "(airport) Information Papa".  There is usually the name of the airport, maybe something like "weather observation" then followed by the weather information.  For example, "Bingo automated weather observation, 1325Z, wind 050 at 15 knots ..... ".  But, P2A would say something like, "Bingo information Papa, 1325Z, wind 050 at 15 knots....".  P2A should know whether it is speaking something like an AWOS or if it has an actual ATIS, and speak it accordingly.
