June 27, 20241 yr Just fired up LNM portable on a new PC and the scale is much too large. How do I make all of the icons and windows smaller and more proportional for the screen size? Thanks!
June 27, 20241 yr Do you have a scale set in Windows options for the screen? Like 150 % or so? For LNM see option on page "Display and Text" and toggle "Enable high DPI monitor support". If this does not help: Change the user interface font on the same options page. Toolbar icon size can be set there too. And there is also the map display font on page "Map Display". If all else fails, post a screenshot (https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/605519-how-to-post-a-screenshot-or-files/). Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap

I have a 2k laptop display so desktop icons would be tiny otherwise. however maybe this is messing up LNM but making all the icons even bigger. i changed the icon and font size which helped somewhat with the top toolbar, but the tab sizes didn't change and are still taking up a lot of space even though the font is smaller. is there a way to run the program at a smaller scale or something? thanks for your help
June 28, 20241 yr 150 % is a lot for a 2k display. This is how LNM looks here on 1920x1080 with 150% and High DPI off. Click to show original size. Tab bars are locked which makes them smaller. Left-click on the icon to the right of each tab bar to open the context menu. I'm afraid the rest is out of my control since it is handled by the Qt library and the OS.
