When scrolling the map with my mouse, particularly over dense areas (lots of airports, waypoints, etc), very often the map freezes completely. I can no longer scroll and the windows mouse is just a little spinning circle. I have to force close the app and restart it. When I restart it it tells me the app didn't end correctly and produces an error report. This has been happening to me more and more recently since I updated, whereas it never used to. Any idea what the issue is? Are other people having this issue? How can I attached the error report?

there definitely is an advisory VNAV you can activate by entering an altitude constraint in your route, however if you go to the AP panel in the GTN750/650 there's a suite of AP commands, one of which is VNAV the likes of which appears in devices like the G1000/3000. this is the specific feature I'm wondering about.

Wondering if the vnav autopilot works with the PMS GTN 750 in MSFS2024? Tried to do a search on it but couldn’t find any discussion about it.

Does the SWS Airvan have a 2024 native version or is it a 2020 port? Also does the "SystemsPulse" expansion work as well in 2024? Haven't been able to find a solid answer for this yet. Thanks

Wondering if it was every figured out how to scan your HDD and automatically label custom airports in LNM 2024? I know this wasn't possible a while back. I have like a thousand addons so it's impossible to manually label them all in LNM and it's been causing me some difficulty in msfs2024.

so are you saying this could work for Asobo's custom airports? This is what I'm hoping to get, as I only have a handful of msfs2024-native airports downloaded so I can just manually mark then in LNM. But MSFS2024 comes with a ton of their own custom airports that I have no idea about in LNM.

aw, huge bummer. that was one of my favorite features as I only fly higher quality airports. i guess I'll start manually marking them as addons. quick q: can you still automatically mark airports as addons if I have downloaded them and put them into community folder?

In LNM2020, Asobo-designed airports would have a yellow ring around them on the map so you know they are nice ones and not auto-generated. However as I'm exploring the new MSFS2024 and LNM2024, I noticed this is no longer the case. For example I pasted a screenshot of LSZB which is a custom airport in MSFS2024, but does not have the yellow ring. What am I missing here? Thanks! https://i.ibb.co/SwMMyTCb/image.png

thanks for testing. this was happening to me in MSFS2024 so that's probably something to do with it. also the specific plane was A2A Aerostar so that could also have something to do with it.

Anyone ran into this issue before? Just loaded up the premium gtn 750 in msfs2024 for the first time, and almost immediately ran into an issue: vnav automatically deactivates after about 5 seconds. at first it’s on, active, and accurate: …and then it disables on it’s own: Anyone ever run into this very annoying bug?

apparently the devs finally understood what people wanted (it wasn't this) so they are fixing it in next update.

this single issue is literally game-breaking for me and is forcing me to continue to play 2020. not being able to change your camera views means you can’t fly a plane. i can’t believe it’s not fixed yet, this is astounding and incredibly disappointing.

I'm about 3/4 of the way done with my flight (in desc stage) when all of the sudden the plane stops responding to my controls. I've attached as short video showing me moving the stick around and moving the pedals around, but with the plane ignoring all commands. I can also turn the AP on and off, but I cannot change the values (the knob just spins but no values change). I've tried pausing and unpausing and changing screens, etc. But can't get the plane to respond to my commands anymore. Has this happened to anyone else?
