Urgently needed to do some sim, fired up X-Plane 12 and there is that dreaded pop up

Enter Serial number

 

from Reality XP wanting the serial number that I can no longer find.

I found a proof of purchase but the site seems to be devoid of a support contact

but points towards this forum.

How does one go about getting a key for this X-Plane 12 pop up?

Not impressed with how Reality-SP remove any tech support

 

 

I emailed the dev with an address I had used for years with other products. No replies, like you support diverted here. The products are still on sale and there is zero indication there will be any support for them. It is depressing for such a great product series to die off in this way. I was TOLD the x plane forum got more joy but apparently not.

I have a flight 1 account that actually works. I might just buy the 530/430 as an experiment if I can buy direct there.

edit: nvm i was mistaken. My legacy rxp was with flight 1 but the new one uses the dedicated 'ghost site'
