July 17, 20241 yr Is there any way to increase the size and make bold font for the taxiway numbers in LNM? Can't find anything in the settings for that and they are very small IMHO. Possibly set taxiway numbers to the same font and minimum zoom level as the gate numbers? Other issue is that taxiway number seem to only be visible on one particular zoom setting - 0.25nm on the scale. Zooming in closer makes them disappear while gate numbers are still visible. Second on wish list but probably unlikely: The taxiway numbers don't appear very many places and it's actually hard to find them - any improvement on that score would be really nice. July 18, 20241 yr Taxiway labels can be resized here: You can also set the overall map font on this options page. Taxiway labels appear around 1.1 NM zoom distance here. Showing them earlier at higher zoom distance would clutter up the map. How many appear depends on the taxiway line network which depends on simulator and the airport developer. Especially in X-Plane it is partially a mess. Maybe I can add an option for density in a future update. Have to see. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
April 29, 20251 yr First of all, thank you for your great application! Restarting of LNM did not help. What am I doing wrong? It will be great if I can enlarge this tiny letters, my 57yrs-old eyes will thank you to the rest of ages. Thank you again.

What you see is the pre-rendered OpenStreetMap background map which I cannot change. April 29, 20251 yr Thank you for quick and descriptive answer. Here's another problem: I have no idea where I can enable the LNM display of taxiways and enable Foreground Map Layer. Cannot find respective menu item. Should I have any simulator installed to enable this? I'm playing MSFS2020 exclusively on XBOX, and use your great soft as additional tool without any connection to XBOX. Is it possible to load necessary data without full sim installation (download just zipfile with data or something) in a folder of choice and point to that folder in LNM settings? Or life is just simple and I should make just one click somewhere in LNM's menu? Thank you again.

You will either need to install a simulator or, if you are using a remote computer, you will need to copy databases (https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/latest/en/NETWORK.html). There is no menu item for airport features. You can find it in the options on page "Map labels": The problem with the Xbox is that this is a locked down device which LNM cannot access. You need a full MSFS installation on a PC to load the airport data. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap

It have eaten 200 GB of my 240 GB SSD, now I have only MSFS and LNM installed. It goes without saying LNM now is mentioning MSFS 2020 in the menu. Ctrl+Shift+L, a dozen of minutes waiting and voila -- now I can see taxiways labels clearly read at last! It even shows taxiways on third-party addons I've bought. Thank you. But it is clear though, that as for me it is not a good option use 200 GB only for taxiways labels in LNM. I need my laptop as work instrument. MSFS even unable to start on my laptop! I am sure there is a way to keep only essential files and folders allowing LNM "see" MSFS data which has value for it, and delete all that needless MSFS stuff like graphics, airplanes models, sceneries, executable files etc. Hope you'll help me again, thanks in advance. You can remove all aircraft, landing challenges and flight tutorials and more from Official and Community. The most important folders in Official for LNM are "fs-base", "fs-base-genericairports", "fs-base-nav" and all "asobo-airport-*". You can also remove all files ending with ".dds".
