Text Very Small

As you can see in the screenshot, some (not all) of the text is extremely small. Which setting can I change to fix this? Appreciate the help

This looks like the user interface font is too small. See options on page "Display and Text". There is more on the same page to change toolbar size and high DPI monitor support.
Scroll the same page down for individual font sizes across the whole program.

thanks for quick reply. so i changed all of the settings to 150% and that helped for one or two of the issues. however the text circled in the screenshot was not effected.

You selected font is "MS Shell Dlg 2" 6 pt which is very small and the reason for the small menus and tab bars. You have to change the overall application font on the top:

After changing this you probably have to reset the text sizes below back to 100 percent.
