Flysimware Learjet 35A with FMS - Radio tuning not working

Featured Replies

Hi Experts,

I have Flysimware Learjet 35A with FMS and for some reason when I click on the com and nav tuning knobs they don't change the standby frequencies. I tried it on other FSX aircraft and had no issues so I think its specific to Flysimware. Anyone else with this issue? I'd like to shoot ILS approaches...

Thanks

Do you have a gps installed or just the nav radios? Just asking as I had an addon gtn 750 gps and tuned the radios inside the interface. So the tuning works but not the swap button?

Have you tried using the fsx keyboard shortcut for radio swapping? I think it was x?

Hi Sloppysmusic,

I do not have the GTN 750. The frequency swapping works both if I click the toggle and if I use the shortcut. I just can't change the standby frequency by clicking on the knob from say 133.7 to 133.8...., also can't find a keyboard shortcut to change it.

Its odd Com1, Nav1, Com2 and Nav2 I can't change but the ADF down below I can.

Might try removing the add on and reinstalling.

Do the keyboard shortcuts work?

yes to flop the standby to active, but not to tune the standby frequency.
