It's hard to describe but basically when you move the camera around with a controller/joystick spots that have shadows/light penetration will jitter or get flashy. Here are some more photos of the problem. Disregard the obvious tearing in the first photo that was fixed. It's the jittering/flickering etc that's the problem.
