Quest BETA version 1.33.0 - Release Notes

@everyone To participate in this Beta, follow these 2 steps:

1. Open your library in VR, click the 3 dots on the Virtual Desktop icon, click Settings, click Release Channels then select the BETA channel.
2. On your PC, download and install the Beta Streamer on top: <https://download.vrdesktop.net/files/beta/VirtualDesktop.Streamer.Setup.exe>

Changes in this Beta version:

• Significantly improved encrypted stream performance
• Added IPv6 support. This should help with connectivity issues to Shadow or other cloud services when users are behind a double NAT or CGNat
• Added "Remote Routing" status in the Streamer window, About tab; this will let you know if your computer is behind a double NAT or CGNat
• Optimized amount of data sent to the PC when "Forward tracking data to PC" is enabled
• Added support for hand tracking in SteamVR compatible games (requires SteamVR Beta for now)
• Added new DPad emulation mode in Input tab
• Added Headset OS version in menu and performance overlay
• Bluetooth and virtual keyboards now have better language compatibility
• Fixed Copy Screenshots checkbox not working if user didn't take a screenshot before
• Fixed warping with custom FOV in Luke Ross mods
• Fixed incorrect brightness with some HDR monitors
• Fixed incorrect aspect ratio when initially playing videos through the Videos tab
