My xplane crash i start it re enable midle fyght then open pilot2atc import flyght, validate, file, but no atc for clerance... search all radio coms even clear deliver, clerance, no option for clerance

When you restart while airborne, you don't get a clearance.

After restarting P2A and filing your flight plan, contact the nearest Center controller, which you can find at the top of the frequencies list you access by pressing the Freqs button to the left of the map.

Make initial contact, like "Center, <CallSign> climbing to <CruiseAltitude>"  or ".... level at <CruiseAltitude>"

They should give you radar contact and start interacting normally.

Make sure you restart P2A or at least press the "New Flight" button so that the program will be reset completely.
