Hi guysHave had this since SP1 and have dealt with it but now have had it. Basically, whilst using FSX, I will lose the zoom in/out button for a while. after a while it'll come back. I don't do anything different - it just comes and goes (this includes external views as well). it may not sound like much but imagine when you're about to land and zoom in to 80% zoom (in the cockpit) but then you can't zoom out!! how the fk am I supposed to land! lol.any help appreciated.

Try hitting Backspace to reset your 'active' control to your zoom. Your plus and minus keys also control most of your radios and knobs if they were the last thing you touched, even with the mouse. Hitting Backspace will force your view to 1x zoom and restore + and - to zoom control immediately.Hope that helps.

Also, the window needs to have focus. If you've opened or closed the ATC window for example, you're going to have to click on the window to refocus it.
