What's the best way to increase the intensity of runway lights so they're easier to see from a distance?

Wow "in the world" you start clickin' away on the mike and watch the MIRL or HIRL activate or whatever (specifically 3/5/7 for low/med/high if available). This can actually be great entertainment if ur bored late at night.I don't know of anything like this in FSX... maybe there is an add-on product somewhere.Rob O.Edit: The above is called PCL btw (pilot controlled lighting).
