Since this morning the target frame rate of 60 fps is never matched and is always dropping down to 20 or less with every change of view.
Especially outside view.

Well for two days I had trouble with the USA sever on MS 2020,, so today I changed to Northern Europe, and problems went away.  I suspect they are screwing around with the servers trying to fix 2024.

My home has a 1000Mbps fiber optic network, but there are still frequent low bandwidth warnings and it takes about 10 minutes to enter career tasks. During the flight, due to insufficient bandwidth, frequent real-time rendering can seriously affect game performance, causing serious stuttering and a series of vicious cycles.

Give it another couple of months.
In the meantime going back to 2020.
If it never gets fixed and 2024 cloud gaming is still a lottery then what ?
