Host Connection Error P2ATC V3

Featured Replies

Hi Dave/All,

I have now installed P2ATC V3 3 times and I keep getting an error message (Host Connection error) after several successful program starts. I have no idea what is causing the error. Once I had installed the natural voices immediately before, once I had inserted the AWS Polly Access Key and once I had copied the ATC Chatter folder from V2 before the error appeared. It was noticeable that the reinstallation was only successful when I used a different drive (maybe it was a coincidence). Now the third installation has also run on the host connection error after I was able to start the program successfully several times before. When I start the program now, I keep getting the error message again and again. I am a little frustrated as I don't know what else to try and I don't want to try a fourth installation. Does anyone else have this problem, is it a general server problem or a specific problem on my system (Win 11)? I purchased P2ATC V3 just 2 days ago and didn´t use it for flights (P3D V5) so far, only tried to make settings like voices etc. I would be grateful for any suggestions. I have never had this problem in P2ATC V2.
Thank you very much

If you are getting this message before the program starts, then it is likely an internet issue or temporary issue with the License sever not responding.  Re-installing isn't necessary.  Just shut down, wait a few minutes, and try again, assuming your internet connection is good.

If you are getting this message at some other time, let me know.

Thanks Dave.

I think I've got it now. Kaspersky was probably the reason for the error. When I close Kaspersky completely, P2ATC starts without any problems. Previously I had only tried “Stop protection”, which had no effect.
