December 28, 20241 yr Despite my fear of compatibility, most of my (purchased) sceneries from 2020 work without major problems in 2024. That includes sceneries from official store, contrails, simmarket, orbx, FSDT, inbuilds vendors. About good 50% of sceneries were already revised by developers and updated compatibility to 2024, but the rest works as is. Frankly I did not expect that scenery issues would be resolved so fast. The only problem I found with some sceneries - they don't show up in 2024 tablet with airport layout. Fortunately with Navigraph charts you can still navigate around unfamiliar airport. I'm hopping that eventually all 2020 sceneries will be updated with full 2024 compatibilities ! Life time flight sim enthusiast, current airplane owner 172P (past C182F). December 28, 20241 yr I'm trying to stick to addons that are officially compatible by checking the various managers - Orbx Central etc. But I've tried quite a few that aren't yet updated and they seem to work, mostly. I'm just worried that using incompatible addons might create conflicts. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

But so far I'm surprised they work fine without any issues. I haven't tried every single one, but every day I fly from another add on airport just to check it out. I had Orbx LSZS installed (it seemed fine) but not Orbx/Gaya Vienna. Anyway, after the flight I deleted LSZS just in case it causes a conflict somewhere. Currently I've got 114 addons (350GB) in community via addons linker. Most of there are supposed to be compatible, although some are not e.g. GAIST. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
