Hardware Not Recognized in 2024

Featured Replies

My MSFS is not recognizing my new sidestick base as one of the options in the sim.  Previously, I never had to add any of my other hardware.    It has all my other hardware listed.  I know that it is on, etc because when I press a button, it recognizes that.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I am sure it is a fairly easy fix but just wanted to check here first.  It is a Moza AB9 base if that matters.  Thanks

You did not mention what sim but in 2024 you will see couple empty slots with no label on them. I clicked on one of them and it worked.

Yes, it is 2024.  Sorry about that.  Do I just name it to whatever the new HW is?

I clicked on empty slot and I think I saved it. I then went into the sim and it worked.

Oh I had to configure it in moza software first

I calibrated and downloaded a profile and uploaded in the moza cockpit software.  Is that all you did ?  Once it is recognized in the sim do you need to adjust any settings or calibrate it in the sim too?

I configured the ms2024 profile in moze cockpit software. I then choose the empty slot in msfs controller menu. I saved it then I went into sim and it worked.
