January 12, 20251 yr Is there any way to contact Reality-XP support? I bought the GNS530 and GTN750 plugins for Xplane 12 this morning and somehow I clicked on the wrong link and downloaded the GNS530 plugin for Flsim instead of Xplane. I tried reinstalling using the Xplane installer but it tells me my license file is corrupt, which I'm assuming is because it thinks it should be installing on Flsim... I scoured the Reality-XP website and could not find any phone numbers or working email addresses to contact. When I click on the link to contact support via email, it just takes me back to a page that asks me to pick whether I need to contact support or sales and to come to this forum to get help. Does anyone know how to reach someone to get help? Or is the easiest thing to do a charge back form my credit card and just start over with a new order? Thanks for any help!
