AddOn Plane Compatible with 2024 does'nt appear in selection

AzurPoly OV-10 json says it is 2024 Compatible and I have flown it several times with good results

Now - it appears in the My Library Official 2020 Library as installed but does not appear in the InGame selection list.  The same thing happens when I put it in the 2024 Community folder.

I've tried a complete re-install of the plane but still not in the list

I've read a lot of posts about this problem but no clear cut solution - what do I do?
