Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with the update of AIRAC with Navigraph which is not visible despite the download and installation of the latest AIRAC through "Navigraph FMS Data Manager.

I have no idea where the update should be installed. The current path available in Navigraph is [C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel] but the folder doesn't show any file corresponding to a Navigraph input.

As you can see on my screenshot, The Navigraph app shows the updated AIRAC, but in the LNM app, le cycle AIRAC is still 1801 instead 2501...

In the "little_navmap_db" folder, the file "little_navmap_navigraph.sqlite" is dated 30/01/2025 which is the date of the update...

Could you help me solving this situation by providing the location where the Navigraph updates should be installed and any additional information that could assist.

Thanks in advance

Bruno

Hi Bruno,

it is important to close LNM before updating. Otherwise the FMS Data Manager silently skips the update.
Another issue is the Data Manager sometimes installs the update into the wrong folder.

The file to be replaced is "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel\little_navmap_db\little_navmap_navigraph.sqlite" and the folder to enter in the FMS Data Manager is "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel".

Here are detailed instructions: https://albar965.github.io/littlenavmap_navigraph.html

Thanks Alex for the reply.

I have followed strictly your recommendations but no file was installed in the given folder...

I therefore, tried the Manual install mentioned on the guide and that worked. I noticed that 2 files were added in the folder (cycle.json and cycle_info.txt)... They were not here before 🙂

Is it possible that the issue comes from the FMS manager from Navigraph?

Glad it's working now.👍

I've got several reports about the FMS Data Manager which seems to install into the wrong folder from time to time. I could not reproduce this here so far.
This has nothing to do with LNM. The LNM settings folder is always the same.
