Hi, I really a pointer to install 2024 Beta

Just moved house so PC was out of bounds for a few weeks. Now back but the information I found to join the Beta does not work.
It says to use xboxInsider but I get no further than Manage 
Tried Xbox app, just opens 2024 original

I hope this is ok to post here as I can find nowhere else.
