Service Pack 2 rolling back

SP 2 will NOT install over SP1. Keeps aborting. Driving me crazy. Any ideas? It's purchased. Thanx!

Did you install any add-ons before installing Acceleration? You need a fairly pristine installation prior to SP2 installation. This link discusses preparations prior to the installation of SP1, but I believe that it is just as relevant to an installation of SP2.http://blogs.msdn.com/ptaylor/archive/2007...to-install.aspxDo you get any error messages?If nothing else works for you then you could try reinstalling FSX. Just a thought, it's possible you have a registry problem. If so then Flight1 has a utility for that. Go to the following page and it's the fourth download on that page. Might help.http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=libraryPhill
