March 29, 20251 yr Woke up early this morning to watch the eclipse at sunrise but unfortunately the treeline and clouds prevented me from seeing it so I fired up MSFS 2020 and started a flight from KEWR-RJAA and wow, it did not disappoint! I got to watch the Eclipse after all. Just a couple of sample shots here, the full screenshot series is in the screenshot forum linked below Full series of pics below Edited March 29, 20251 yr by psolk Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
March 29, 20251 yr Did the eclipse actually progress realistically, or did it simply show the same "bite" out of the Sun at all times? I wanted to see the eclipse this morning, but unfortunately it was too cloudy. I wanted to see the eclipse this morning, but unfortunately it was too cloudy. It "seemed" to go through the phases at one point even showing the illusion of two sunrises... It obviously wasn't a full eclipse so it never modelled that either. It seemed to be more than an on/off switch. 2020 with it's "broken" lighting and ancient textures seemed to hold it's own just fine on my smile scale this morning. 😉 I owe you a response as well, just walked the pups look out for it in a few...
