Beaver Taxi & Xcub Gear Warning

Featured Replies

Hello. Is it just me or the Beaver is hardly move on the ground. It takes a full power to taxi less than 1 knot. Also, the repetitive gear warning on amphibious Xcub cannot be muted when starting cold and dark. Thank you for your help

It seems it's just you. The Beaver taxi is ok for me and on the amphibious X-Cub you have a "Landing Gear Advisory" button you can press if you don't want to hear the warning. I noticed the water rudder is inverted in the X-Cub though, if I turn left the plane turns right and vice versa. If the water rudders are up it turns as it should. Odd.

Still cant taxi as if something were holding her. Check wheel chock but no avail. It's the amphibious variant.

EDITED:
It's a confirmed bug yet Asobo hasnt fixed it for months.

Hmm, probably mine is working fine because I'm using the new  "Quick Walkaround" feature (assigned to same key I use to get in the plane). If you are on SU2 you can try that to see if it fixes it.
