I changed my lateral field of view to 72 degrees because I think thats what is was previously. I seem to remember that my lateral and vertical offset adjustments on the right of the screen were also different from the default 0.00. I think I adjusted them because of a Russ Barlow video I saw but I dont remember which one if any. I only use 1 32 inch monitor. Should I adjust those other settings also??

If you use a conventional single front screen/monitor, all the offset adjustments should be zero, otherwise the view will be tilted/canted to some direction other than directly forward.

Note though that some addons who have effects on the camera view (e.g. XPrealistic) could change those values in real time.
