I opened the 103 Ultralight today and for the first time it showed up with a support bar right down the middle of the fairing.I swear it was never there before buts its been a year since I flew it.I cant see with that bar there in the middle of the fairing on approach... anyone know how exactly to get rid of that bar? I think the obj. file needs a mod but there are many different things in that file and not any that refer to that bar in the middle of the fairing... I am on a Mac. and Text Edit is the default text editor..

When you get a peripheral/throttle/stick with buttons it always shows up on the drop down menus and lets you assign actions and they work all the time. But when I set up a StreamDeck for views with Hotkey, it sometimes gives you the bonk sound and it won't work. That happens sometimes on the keyboard when you try to push your view forward or backward.It clears eventually. Maybe you know what I mean. Is there a way to use the StreamDeck without a Hotkey assign that makes it work like the throttle buttons work...they seem to work more like a midi connection or similar..?

Is there any way to install individual airports around the world without the huge continental files..?

fair enough...one more thing..I have been doing just 3 mile approach in XP 11 in the 737 and I haven't crashed yet but I notice in the sim 737 stock(and Zibo which I deleted) that it gets really mushy on the roll controls below 150KT...did you experience that in real life and what did you think of that?? probably from the very heavy weight ..

I got the SimBrief going and got my first plan into XP 11. And I see how to get it into the FMS box... so, this is what I plan to do....take off and climb manually and engage vnav and Lnav and AP ,the FD will be on already... and I want it to climb on its own and level out at altitude and adjust throttle the whole way at least after I decrease to climb power after takeoff. Then descend on its own following the waypoints until I get to the localizer and adjusting for speed... is it going to happen this way??

another thing, I got the Zibo Mod 737 and how do you display all your FMS flight plans on the FMS...? I tried the co route thing but nothing happens.. so I can just select it and execute...

I finally got the stock 737 going in XP 11 and the AP works ok but I couldn't get the climb out on its own. Did I not put it in correctly in the flight plan which I did in Little Nav Map? I want to hit VNAV at about 1000 ft and have it do the climb to 18000 ft and also have it descend via the waypoints correctly on the descent..right into the glide slope..

What chip from AMD would you get now for XP 12 running Linux now and Windows later maybe, as far as cost/performance goes?

so its the blue one..the newer one? If it didn't work on my Mac M1 set up would Aerobask refund it..?I have had trouble with other stuff from the X org site..

Anyone know..will the Phenom 300 on Aerobask website work in X 11? It seems to say it will but I want to be sure...

can someone link me to the download that works IN xp 11. And exactly how to install it in the Baron folder. I would like to have BOTH the original and the new one with the G1000 and winglets... I don't want this to affect the original 58 in any way.... I tried xp 12 a while back and did not like the Baron in it. But maybe there was a setting off in XP 12 that I didn't know about... and I won't pay more than 20$ for the upgrade to 12...I bought 11 and that's it...

Anyone here bought a payware Baron twin lately that runs on X11 and what did you think of it?that offers the G1000 also..

so how do you reload scenery?

I noticed that after my Mac M1 sat for a few months the scenery in X 11 was not as good....anyone run into this? How do I reload it from scratch?

Do you know if I buy the new WinWing FMC box, about 150$, for the 737 will it work in XP 11? and if I want to use the FMC for other planes ,Boeing ,which model will work with several Boeing planes like the 737/787/77/....Would the Airbus fmc work on a Boeing? thanks

If you want to fly the stock 737 you apparently have to have the flight box configured to some degree and some other stuff...if I set up for 10 mile final instead of takeoff will everything work?? Or is there a fast way to get to take off status? Also I noticed the parking brake on the 737 but when I searched the options for assigning it to a button there was no parking brake option....what menu choice do you use for that?

Is there a way to have the standard map pop up in XP 11 that shows sectional etc and have it show ortho instead with the plane icon flying above it and show the names of everything too like the map does..?

I did all that again..6th time..still doesn't work with Rosetta, or show up in plugins and doesn't connect to sim ,even if I do it manually. It must have to do with Sequoia... I am tired of the battle. Is there any other app that does flight plans and map with a small plane icon... that will work right out of the box??

I can't get LNM to connect to Xp11. I have manually dragged the xpconnect into the plug admin folder but still isn't showing plane or route. Is there a problem with Sequoia cause I updated a while back. It used to work fine in older OS.....I have reloaded about 5 times. What's the story? You know it would be really useful to have a LNM short version for just map flying using whatever scenery the user has going...as a secondary LNM that is resource light ...for the many times that you only need that...LNM is really kind of bloated with stuff that isn't needed most of the time...of course its a great app for free...

I have one....it's ok too.. also...Little Nav Map doesn't show up in plug in admin. and there is no airplane on the map...what is wrong? have the latest for Mac....

you know how when you put up the gear ,or down, you switch your view to see it in motion, like a chase view or similar...is there a Lua script that will auto show chase view when the gear is active..? if so could someone pm it to me..? or maybe write a script like that for X 11.... thanks

The RV 12 version 2 is an excellent piece of work. Much better than the version1. Its my favorite small single plane for sure and it was free. I made a dirt strip on my land using WED and have improved my skills greatly practicing on it, 1300 ft. I plan on building it for real if I can ever find a reasonable priced dozer contractor in my area. Unlikely. If I can afford it at some point I will buy a dozer and do it myself. Mostly for ultralights but at 90 by 1300 it will be LSA ready also. And of course it will be great for RC plane flying. I wish the guy who made the RV 12 was still building other freeware....

I changed my lateral field of view to 72 degrees because I think thats what is was previously. I seem to remember that my lateral and vertical offset adjustments on the right of the screen were also different from the default 0.00. I think I adjusted them because of a Russ Barlow video I saw but I dont remember which one if any. I only use 1 32 inch monitor. Should I adjust those other settings also??

Jcomm , it would be good if you could download that RV 12 and send it to me....there is a version 1 and a 2 ..get the 2 if you can...it was made by a guy named AztroNut66 something on you tube.. he doesnt return emails..can you drop the file here for me or in the library..? much appreciated..

I looked on the AvSim library for a free RV Vans and it comes up empty. I cant use the .org site because I told them off and they didnt like it. Where on the AvSim library are the free planes like the RV 12 I had before I reloaded my XP 11. ??
